TeamOKRs ("we", "our", or "us") is a mobile application that helps teams manage Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) in sync with monday.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user.

Account Information
When you log in, we store your name and email address as provided by your organization's account administrator.
Profile Photo
You may optionally upload a profile photo from your device's photo gallery. This image is stored on our servers and displayed within the app to your teammates.
OKR Data
We store objectives, key results, progress scores, and comments that you create or update within the app. This data is synced with your organization's monday.com workspace.
Device Notification Token
We store a device notification token in encrypted secure storage on your device and on our servers, used solely to deliver notifications about your OKRs.

- SMS, call logs, or phone state
- Data from other apps on your device
- Browsing history
4. How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate you and display your OKR data
- To sync your OKR progress with your organization's monday.com board
- To send you local notifications about your objectives and key results
- To display your profile photo to teammates within your organization
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Your OKR data is shared with:
- monday.com – to sync objectives and key results to your workspace board, as part of the core service
- Your organization – your manager and teammates can see your OKR progress within the app

We do not use advertising or tracking third-party services. Analytics cookies (_ga) may be present at the domain level for usage analytics only — they are not used for authentication or cross-site tracking.
8. Data Security
Authentication tokens are stored using Flutter Secure Storage (encrypted on-device). All communication between the app and our servers uses HTTPS encryption.
9. Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your organization maintains an active account with TeamOKRs. You may request deletion by contacting your organization's administrator.
10. Children's Privacy
TeamOKRs is intended for professional use and is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or by updating the date at the top of this page.
