These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TeamOKRs, a monday.com marketplace application developed and operated by Esteemate Co., Ltd. ("we", "our", or "us"). By installing or using TeamOKRs, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
TeamOKRs is an OKR (Objectives and Key Results) tracking application that integrates with monday.com. It allows teams to:
- Create and manage OKRs directly within monday.com
- Assign OKRs to team members via email
- Track OKR progress through a mobile app
- Sync progress back to monday.com boards
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization. By using TeamOKRs, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at [email protected].
- Admins are responsible for the employee email addresses they enter and for obtaining appropriate consent to share that information with TeamOKRs.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use TeamOKRs for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
- Use the service to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
5. monday.com Integration
TeamOKRs integrates with monday.com via their official API. Your use of monday.com is governed by monday.com's own Terms of Service. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by monday.com Ltd.
6. Subscription and Pricing
- Free plan: Up to 10 active OKR assignments at no charge.
- Pro plan: Unlimited assignments. Pricing is displayed within the monday.com marketplace listing.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of TeamOKRs is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of TeamOKRs — including but not limited to the software, design, and text — are owned by Esteemate Co., Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our prior written consent.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
TeamOKRs is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Esteemate Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use TeamOKRs, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to TeamOKRs at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the app from your monday.com account. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email where possible.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
