Installation Guide
Install TeamOKRs on monday.com
Click the installation link or find TeamOKRs in the monday.com Marketplace. Click Add to board and authorize the app with your monday.com account.
Connect Your OKR Board
Open your monday.com board and click the TeamOKRs view tab. Go to Settings and select the board you want to use for OKR tracking.
Assign OKRs to Employees
Click the + Assign OKR tab. Fill in:
- Employee email and name
- Objective name and area
- Key results with target values
- Start and end dates
Click Assign — the employee will receive their OKR on the mobile app.
Employee Downloads the Mobile App
Employees download TeamOKRs from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). They log in using the email address the manager used when assigning their OKR.
Track Progress from Mobile
Employees open the app to see their assigned OKRs. They update key result progress directly from their phone. Progress is synced back to the monday.com board in real time.
Monitor Team Progress
Managers view the Dashboard tab to see all assigned OKRs and their progress. Use the Leaderboard tab to see team rankings by average progress.
